Returns Terms & Conditions:
Goods should be returned in the same condition that you received them, with all tags still attached, in their original packaging, and with a valid receipt. Any item that is soiled and/or damaged (including excessive odour of perfume or smoke) cannot be refunded, and any items returned in this condition will be sent back to the original delivery address. The funds will be refunded onto the same card that was used to make payment.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure your returns package is secure so as to prevent any damage.
To return an item, please fill out the label provided in your order documentation with the reason for returning, ie damage, incorrect size, suitability etc. Or if it is more convenient, directly to our store in Skerries.
All products (excluding sale items) are protected by a 14 Day Money-back Guarantee, or exchange to the same value. This is in addition to the Distance Selling Regulation.
Sale Items - Items purchased under the Sale category on the website must be returned within 7 days of receipt, and are eligible for full refund or exchange.

4 - Alternatively for Dublin residents you may book an An Post returns collection - €7.50

If you do not have access to a printer then you can follow the following steps:

In-Store
For your convenience you can also return the product(s) to our Skerries store. This is free of charge and there is no need to fill out the returns form. Just bring the product(s) along with your receipt and we will organise a full refund or exchange.

Refunds
All refunds will be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy. We will process your refund once your return has been received by us, and an e-mail will be sent to you when your refund has been finalised.
Exchanges
All exchanges will be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy. There will be no additional charges for exchanges. An exchange will only be offered for a different colour or size of the same product. All exchanges are subject to availability of stock. You may only make an exchange on the same item once.
Cancellations
Under the Ireland / United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Chic Boutique, for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made over the phone between the hours of 10.30am and 5.30pm, Mon – Sat (Excluding Bank Holidays). If you have placed an order over the weekend, or evening, please call the next working day. There may be a chance your order has already been processed and dispatched, so the sooner you can contact us the better. If you call to cancel and you order has already been dispatched, then it is your responsibility to return the item.
